That's J. Tillman, singer/songwriter from Seattle. He also played drums in the band Saxon Shore, and tours with David Bazan and Rocky Votolato, as well as Damien Jurado.

i love it! josh rouse's music is amazing and he's so good live. i've never seen a concert of his, but judging by the videos i've seen, he's good.
