@MacHead31 - actually, the foreskin IS like the lips, if you want to make a comparison. The foreskin actually has many of the same nerve endings as those found in the lips. The urethral opening would be more like the throat.

Instead of having the intact penis speak with a muffled noise (if the urethral opening is like the mouth, what is the foreskin?) the circumcised penis should be spoken by an actor who has is lips removed (or at least held away from his face to prevent him from enunciating).

Not really. The mouth hole is suppose to be the urethra opening, not the foreskin hole. The opening in your body is the urethra not the foreskin hole. Your argument statement seems biased.
