How useful is bodybuilding? ;)

recent questions:
Q: how does your workout look like?
A: Nothing special
monday:legs
tuesday: chest / biceps
thursday: back / legs
friday: triceps / shoulders

I was told to variate the exercises everytime. Otherwise the muscle gets used to the respective training and won't grow anymore. So I did.

Q: supplements?
A: oats + protein

The most important supplements are my trainingpartners. They are 15 years older than me, one of them is a professional contestant. They wanted to have a trainee, some kind of product of their own. Once they picked me up while I benchpressed and asked me if I'd like to be their trainee. They showed me how to lift the right way, drilled me like a sergeant an so I grew and grew. I am just a lucky guy.

Q: Why no legshots?
A: At the beginning I've forgotten to take some. That's why I haven't made some later, because demonstration of growth has not been possible :/ I will do it better next life.

    He doesn't look 102kg because he is freaking 195cm tall. For him to look 'buff' he would need to pack ~120kg of pure muscle, which means he has to work 3-4 times harder than a shorter man.

  • @wubs23 - by average you mean out of shape and fat? Good for this dude, putting on healthy weight for this height is harder to have same visual effect if you are 180 cm.
