U.N. Panel: Sri Lanka War crimes Allegations NOT Credible but biased, malicious, fictional

United Nations for abusing power by forming a panel to advice Ban Kimoon and transforming itself to investigative panel which has no mandate given by UN or UN Security Council. USA, UK, France manipulating UN as they want to rule the world. UN has become an office of war making not peace making. UN has become dividing nations instead uniting nation. It has no authority to probe allegations against anyone...Then how can the panel now transform itself into an invetigative body completely contrary to the mandate it was given by the person from whom the panel derives its athoritynamely Secretary General of United Nations? If it is genuinely an advisory body whose sole purpose is to put their expertise at the disposal of the Secretary General the questin of publication doesnot and cannot arrise"
