@professorkhashon7 I have a feeling that the rules for "free standing bath tub" would allow it to qualify as either a bathtub or a pool, and probably to be more outrageous they called it a bathtub. I wouldn't call it that, because if you expect to keep the water in it for 3 mos. at a time, you'd better not use soap in it.
