Doom 3 - Veteran - Level 1 - Introduction

Doom 3 done on Veteran Difficulty. A thanks goes to Aaron Weber for the idea of not saving during the entire level.

Note: I will be using noclip to point out hidden stashes and asking various questions about the game so if you know what i'm talking about let me know. The first is how do you get the shells at 5:25? Why would there be ammo there if you can't get it?
The second is how do you get the plasma gun before alpha labs? I've seen people have it as early as Administration.
