CAIR's Muneer Awad rips politicians on SQ 755 on Rachel Maddow show!

The brand new director of CAIR Oklahoma, who has been on the job less than a month, blamed the passing of SQ 755 (bans international and sharia LAW from consideration in state courts) as the fault of politicians who waged a campaign of hate, VIOLENCE and fear against Muslims who are coming to take over, which is total BS.

That's what I gleaned and paraphrased here after watching Awad's interview on far-left Rachel Maddow's show from November 10, 2010.

CAIR was founded by leaders of the Islamic Association of Palestine, an overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood. This organization has a long and troubled history and partners with the left against the common good whenever they can.

Why is Rachel being so stupid? She sounds so over-sheltered regarding the issue. They banned sharia law because of what happened in NJ even though a minority of NJ is Muslim, sharia was still applied. Is she against secularism/1st amendment? This is why they are banning it so it wont be used again. She is just propoganda machine for Muslim right wing.

Not to mention but Rachels got this wrong (as a liberal) the ban is on considering sharia law in court cases. Nothing wrong there. We cant do it with Christianity so why should we with Islam. The NJ case of the raped woman is whats pushed this forward. Rachel should go to Fox.
