Make your waist smaller by working to increase the size of the muscles residing on your waist. Right, that makes complete sense. Why don't people think before they say things?

Since the rotational force is primary to the scapula, I can see that this exercise might be effective for the serratus and intercostals. But, I find it difficult to accept that this exercise would do much more that use the core muscles as stabilizers. That in mind, I can see that it could have a effect on the transverse abdominus, especially if that muscle is weak to begin with..
Lying on the bench would make it ineffective for the other muscles of the core.

Train the biceps and lats on one side, breast and triceps on the other..

Abs exercise dont give u abs right. Only losing body fat will get you abs so you can see them. This exercise also looks like complete crap cause you will look like an ass doing that plus you dont have to do it, btw do you guys even have abs your certainly skinny enough

Im gonna try that in the gym next time, i might even update after 2-3 weeks :P
The key to this exercise is tightening your abdomen throughout the entire movement. If you don't focus...you won't get it. You MUST contract your abs to feel them functioning as part of the movement.
