Not the most impressive TI swimmer.
Shinji has a much more elegant stroke. This guy looks like a TI beginner. Is he really an instructor?
Check the Shinji videos, that guy is really elegant.

It's not meant to be fast. He teaches you to slide through water with minimal effort. It's up to the swimmer after that to start swimming "fast". Not meant for sprinters. More for distance or recreational swimmers.

Im not buying this TI stuff. All they have done is adopted a two-beat kick with some extra rotation and labeled it TI. Probably making a pound or two selling the DVDs though.
