Song is off of his 1976 album "All Things In Time", and hit #2 on the Billboard top 100 that year. Suprisingly this is the only Lou Rawls song to ever crack the Billboard top ten.

wow what a beautiful song, great era great music,although i was only 3 when this was out, i remember the 70s as of age 5 on and do remember this song being played, reminds me of relatives that are no longer with us , school days staring my jets fan era lol, GO JETS SUNDAY BABY BUT , GREAT GUY WHO LEFT US TOO SOON RIP LOU

He could sing a love song through the dancing sound in the 70´s.This was awesome.Can´t be compared to Michael Buble´s rendition.
