@crazymike44 look up the number of Cloture votes under Obama, more than any number in the History of the Congress, that only happens when the minority blocks votes, the minority being the Republicans. Try again....

Now Obama is saying the Repubs are blocking things. And he's right, just like the Dems did for 8 years when the Repubs were in office. This entire thing is a mess on both sides of the party! Closed minded selfish people destroying this country! Dumb all the way around! Period!

With all due respect to Senator Kerry, he still voted in favor of the Iraq war and rubber stamped every military spending effort by George W. Bush. President Obama may have stood against Iraq in 2002 but now he is escalating soldiers in Afghanistan which will piss of the Taliban. This is the fundamental problem, in America there are no liberals and nobody can truly speak out against war or the military

@bluesboy25000 I think it was because Bush was the incumbnant and people were willing to give him more time to fix his problems, which at the time were not as bad as they got towards the end of his term. I hated Bush and Voted for Kerry so I was pissed when Bush got reelected but it was possibly because of that logic I just said. Possibly.

Bush has created terrorists, and made many enemies for America. I think that makes the United States much more unsafe than ever before. How do you really make your country safe by pissing off more people? It doesn't make sense. Do you really think you can go and kill all your enemies? More will jump out of the wood work and take their place. Look at Israel and their situation.
