What is the mana cost of these cards. Where is the turn-by-turn resource management that regulates every well-designed game, card, board, video, etc., to ever exist?

just keep playing yugioh until u get married or turn 30 years otherwise u keep playing wild u get married when r below 30 years old

ok. the last time i played yugioh was when i was in like the 3rd grade like 6 or 7 years ago, and i want to get back into it. So this may be the most stupist question ever, but what would be a good deck for a beginner to synchros and exceeds or whatever that new thing is?
