@00barefoot00 I totally see where he's coming from, but he did miss a few steps. In order to have perfect posture and become grounded you first bend the knees, then tuck the pelvis under by engaging the (pyramidalis) muscles, third step is to pull the lumbar back and push the rib cage forward. You should also lift the crown point up to the heavens by engaging the muscles at the base of the skull. this should make the spine plumb. I keep this posture through out my entire form

lowing the body doesn´t change anything of the "grounding" if you just lower your body. you also have to straighten up your spine completely and more ... but that skeleton there is standing like a retarded abe !!!
