i think is fine, but if you take sound seriously go for the LOGIC3 JIVEBOX or KICKER ZK500

how do u turn the mute off???... I accidentally turned it on and don't know how to get it off!.... help please

My friend...seems that your pure-fi elite had the same problem as mine...sorry for that, but this model does not have a "mute" function. If you bought it before 2 years ago, you are covered by warranty. Remember this model is not avaiable anymore....you will have to choose another U$150 Logitech product. Logitech didn't even asked me to send them my "mute" Pure-Fi Elite...If somebody here in Brazil could fix it, would be great!

can you say , 0 is sound very bad and 10 sound very good. what do you think?

I would say that mids and higs are 9....bass is 7....it sounds very good for the size and worked well until 1 month ago, when unfortunately stopped working. It turns on, but there is no audio (iPod, FM or aux) from the speakers ... seems it does not detects ipod anymore too... :(

I had not known that brand/model...seems to be very nice!! I'm looking at the Altec Lansing Mix Boombox imt800...it's really portable (accept 8 C batteries for 30 hour of music) and very powerfull. The Kicker iKick ik501 is awesome too!
