I'm in ky we have used cages like these forever they work great. I use tobacco sticks as posts to hold my cages.

Those really look good, but way to much work. With T post at $5 each, you have a lot tied up in post. I plant all of my Tomatoes 18" apart. skip every third plant and drive a post. Three plants between each post. Tie string to post , on each side of row. A 6.5ft T post can be tied upward bout 8 times. works great and makes rows look neater. Hope this helps .Loshepa

I'd like to know the total cost of one cage including the metal fence post. Looks awfully expensive to me.

@I3addogy yea the t-post were about 3 a peace and the wire was 100 but we figured we'd have them forever and we wont have anymore strings to tie...
