After Ike Blew Through Houston

Some footage of me reviewing the aftermath of the hurricane. Our house was undamaged, except for the roof & raingutters on the back porch. In spite of the way it looks, neither of our vehicles were damaged - somehow!

Things are slowly returning to normal. I don't think we'll be staying the next time a hurricane comes this way, it was no fun!

I agree, at least we came through in one piece and unharmed. I doubt that we'll try riding out the next storm though, we have friends in San Antonio we can stay with!

Even so, I think the next time we'll be leaving town. I don't want to sit in the house listening to the wind roar for 12 hours!
