  • How much does that train weigh to make the engine slip so much? I'd reccomend putting alot of weights in the locomotive, the funnel, I find, is a great place to put a weight to get front traction, the dome and any spots around the motor are great too. Brilliant video though. :D

  • @crazyracer12 Its full to bring with liquid lead, In the boiler, tanks, cylinders, anything that was hollow really. Its a ritual I always carry out during the build of my models. I cant fill it much more which is an arse.

  • @ajhdbsteam Aww, maybe the carriages need less weight in them, but like I say, great job.

  • @crazyracer12 I would rather not, the coaches are perfectly balanced weight wise. My other models can manage a 5-6 coach train quite reasonable, Its kind of expected to have the smallest engine have the odd traction problem. Its an issue that the prototype itself had to, that and the short wheelbase made it a rocky runner over the point frogs and rail joints.

  • Another great video. Whenever I see a video from you, I always know that it will be something worth watching :)

  • @diesalfan50 Probably the nicest comment Ive ever received D: Cheers mate, It really means alot!

  • Hello, Duncan's prototype!

  • Pretty cool, the kid/baby ruined the effect some what though, I'd try to ignore those sound bits.

  • S'alright I guess. Nahh Adam, I'm kidding, its great. The scenery looks really effective and the rolling stock helps set the period perfectly. Keep up the good work.

  • The thumbnail made it look like a photo of the real thing! Amazing stuff bro. :3

  • whoa, that was so neat, well it's been a very long time since I perused your work and it's really impressed me this viewing

loved the smoke, it was perfect, those sound FX sold the video completely

    it's a 11 out of 10 from me

  • What particular voice did you have in mind? I think I could help.

  • Amazing Work. Hey Why Aren't you doing thomas the tank engine stuff?

  • @ajhdbsteam I really don't see a problem. I know about wheel-slip, but on camera, it doesn't look that bad to me. :D
