At most i think this was a poor recreation of an actual event, just my opinion!!

so I don't think its fake. I think its real, a few reasons, its defo amsterdam (tram lines & people on dutch bikes), the accent of the man fleeing is english and the car is filled with blue paint on the inside of the windshield. not to mention the camera man, does run quite fast, for a fake. so i say REAL.

There are spectators at 0:16 (for a movie shot)...
At the 0:14 mark there is a second camera angle (the thumbnail pic)...
From 0:05 to 0:10 the shot has been edited. They guy gets in the car way too fast then the car moves and stops, also the camera swings left...runs forward...swings left again and should be pointing at the building across the street but is instead pointing toward the car.
