The video is taking the piss because he can't find his handle (hip mounted ripcord) and has to de-arch and look for it.
Justinharker: The DZ (skydive Strathallan) DOES slow down for Hop and Pops, of this I'm 100% having done a fair few of them there!

to tell you the truth i think they just said that to save the pilots ass. At my dz they do slow down and everything but i have been told that at some of them they dont to save on costs.

Dont bother exiting a Cessna.
Exit a Twin instead.
