Your antenna connection is bad, get a new antenna. those seem to go out prematurely on all sat radios.

If you want a permanent fix, open your radio and resolder the middle pin on the antenna connector (right side of dock conn). It's a really common problem, I'm sure that a local electronics shop could resolder it for you.

you need to buy a new antenna and or have the connection tested on the radio with another antenna..

If u can't hear ur satellite radio perfectly because it giggles it's because ur radio has a bad connection with the docking station. And if u can hear it whenever u put ur hand on it that means that ur receiving a signal. It's an equipment issue not a signal issue that u have.
