He was the first giggs / owen / rooney, a young player who exploded with amazing form... my cousin went to school with him... and he seems like a nice person...
two bad things happened to him...
1. he got made to take th no 5 shirt and be a left full back... weird yes...
2. he got diagnosed with viral meningitis in 1992.
He never seemed the same... dont know if meningitis makes u a lesser athlete. but seems things werent right for sharpy
