  • @toseeornot2see CO is the commanding officer, I'm pretty sure the XO is the executive officer.  I don't know the difference between the two.

  • @KentAllard Sorry, can you explain the meaning of Co and XO please?

  • in soviet ships launch authorization came from the Co, XO, and political officer

    in the case Chomsky cites it was the XO that dissenting
