Trademark Application Requirements

To file an application, we need to know the following:
1. The owner of the mark, citizenship, domicile
2. The mark to be registered
3. Identify the goods and/or services
4. Declare that you are the owner of the mark, and that you are entitled to registration
5. Submit a fee for each class covered by application
6. Indicate your filing basis, there are 5 basis:

•Intent to Use
•Foreign Application
•Foreign Registration
•Madrid Protocol
