Steve Lancashire finds terrible roof disrepair on Wrotham House, Tabard Gardens Estate

While doing a survey on some of the blocks on the Tabard Garden Estate with the Chaucer Labour Action Team, Steve Lancashire discovered this leak in the roof of Wrotham House. The roof disrepair is also affecting at least the two tenants living either side of the stairs as we saw when we knocked on their doors. Luckily at least, the cables in the film are encased, but the water is still running down the stairs and pooling in the landings below.
