@GeeGoo187 : david belle himself said that flips and similiar tricks have nothing to do with parkour because these are no efficient movements....and parkour is all about efficiency. he invented it, he called it parkour and that´s why parkour follows his rules. you know i could start to play basketball but instead of calling it basketball i call it fucking...but that wouldn´t be right because they´re different things

@elmoijto they took the word out of the french language... so they call it parkour, running, jumping, flipping sliding whatever is parkour :D
