I know its about management. I mean I think the Raptors had 2 different GMs and 4 different coaches in just 5 years that VC was there. I may be wrong, but the numbers are close. I know VC suggested Julius Erving as a manager when the first one got fired, and Erving did step foot at the Toronto Airport, but never had a meeting...so he went to Dr. J's own New Jersey Nets. Coincidence?
