My tip to make the nails stronger - take a slice of lemon and just rub it against the nail. Don't be afraid that lemon is an acid. Nails become stronger.
And eat more chease or better cottage chease. It contains lot of calcium in easy to digest. So that calcium can become the part of your nails.
