@countcockcula For phobias and fears, see if you can identify and early event when you first experienced the fear. It may be the first time or just the earliest memeory you have of the fear. Tap all over that until there is nothing left on that specific event. You may need to work through a few specific events that relate to the fear until it's no longer an issue.

Hi Rod, Ive been tapping for a couple of weeks now and Love it its changed everything that i have asked and wanted ,just wondering if tapping with out affirmations still have effects on your mind, or can you chant and do this, will it work

@davidhalde The words/affirmations are about being focused on an emotion. Tapping without the words feels good but may not be as effective. I guess it depends on what you're chanting whether it will deliver added benefits.
