I remember this day, same day of the Avril Lavigne concert in Council Bluffs, i had just left the mall after getting a few high dollar ladies Xmas gifts when I heard a bunch of popping, semi auto gunfire, I thought it might have been balloons only to hear on the radio later it was a 17 year old with a ak47 spotting random targets. you can find videos of him entering the mall on the lower level that fateful day and going up to the elevator.
dude had serious issues.
