ATTENTION: DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT PROPER COACHING!
The lift itself is complex, there are 3 different movements involved in getting to up-standing position with the plates. Each one focuses primarily on the drive of the hips, erectors, and reverse lumbar support from interabdominal pressure. It's a dangerous lift, as you can see, and requires strong core. Do not attempt without coaching.


Atlas-stone-style walks with 20kg plates...120kg walks, usually for 3x20 metres...Just a demo, still taking it easy, trying not to burn out for big upcoming day.
