  • Lol, wow - the ST version sounds pathetic! The Amiga version has a creepy, bassy atmospheric soundtrack... the st has a childish hammond organ ditty!

I must admit, the gfx look VERY similar to the Amiga, despite the few colours the st could display. From memory though, the st version scrolling was very jerky, whilst the Amigas was silky smooth...

    ...but that music! Lol, unforgivable.

  • @JasperAbraxxious Pathetic? Bullshit, ST version is better :P.

  • @2DFlightSim yeah, i think the Amiga sounds a bit too good but not good enough, where as the Atari is jut raw synth which sounds awesome :D

  • Both Amiga and ST versions of this track are good.... but come on... this sounds so much weaker compared to the Amiga.. it is not a contest. The Amiga is clearly the next level of computer music heading into the 90s... the ST is just was not on the same level. This is coming from somebody who did not own either an Amiga or an ST.

  • Gotta say I much prefer the ST music to the Amiga version :) The MOD format that the amiga played - very impressive at the time, but it sounds so dated now with its typical low sample rate. Chip tune music on the other hand - it sounds so well produced & pure, because it is! Pure sine / square waves. Plus the amigs version sounds so dated due to the samples used - early 90's dance music inspired sounds. And the ST version has so much more atmosphere!

  • @JasperAbraxxious dickhead squad sounds more like your domain - trolling Youtube to post your shitty comments about something in a pathetic attempt to provoke a reaction whilst your wife is banging the big black man who lives next door. If your shitty Amiga is so amazing, stop going onto the ST videos and using the same tired arguments from decades ago. Your like a stuck record - nobody cares anymore, the ST-Amiga race is over, let go of it now..seriously...take your Ritalin pills and chill

  • @gazereths1982 - Wild huh? :) ST users are STILL trying to convince themselves that a Vauxhall Nova can outrun a Ferrari....good times. :)

  • @rovercrew - What tha'?! I dont remember giving permission for the dickhead squad to ask questions! Just suck the fuck up and keep being a dickhead - 'tis what you were born for.

Oh, and btw - I actually dont have a girlfirend, which is not that unusual for someone who is married - what a wanker.... :)

  • @JasperAbraxxious why do you Amiga fan boys have such a hard-on for banging on about how wonderful your obsolete technology is over the ST still? grow up and get a girlfriend.

  • @exylex god no,

The Amiga had the better soundtrack for this game, sorry.

not to disparage the ST, but this, no.

  • The Amiga vs Atari war still rages! There have been heavy losses on both sides.

    LMAO

  • @exylex bleep bloop I am atari ST bleep bloop ZX Spectrum sound chip bleep bloop
