I've recently been receiving alot of messages asking about where to start and how to do so. I decided I'd make a basics to everything in 90 seconds to give everyone a nice base knowledge of fitness.

  • Legs + Shoulders: As I said, if you work back and chest on a seperate day, why would you take these main musclegroups together?

    @all the morrons claiming you have to do AT LEAST x sets for every muscle group, can I have your strenght stats? your weight? Don't fuck around please :/

    My friend what you named are so called "fuckaroundits", you might want to search them on "leangains(dot)com". If you do lots of freeweights you already work your abs and if you do let's say pull ups with 60 lbs. added to your bodyweight, how the hell could you have a lacking bicep?

    Ask me, because all I do is 1 set of Barbell Curls a week while doing 15 sets for back (lats, neck, inner, lower)

    Shoulders + legs = fail....that statement doesn't even make sense.

    2000 calories is required to maintain the weight you're at, less for losing weight, more for gaining.

    Sure you don't need to work your biceps, if you wanna look like an idiot.

    You have to do abs if you want a shredded 6pack.....

    3 sets every muscle group is like a globally known rule of thumb for working out.

    Either you're a really good troll or you're just a fucking idiot.

  • I thought you could do abs everyday... since we use them everyday to breath, i didnt think it would matter that much

    1) Cardio is not important. Period. Show me a study that says so....

    2)Shoulders + Leg = fail IF(!!!) you train other musclegroups SEPERATLY!

    3)Noone needs extra bicep stimulation. Works for everyone to do some heavy chins. Ask me who never does any sort of curls! I do chins with +30 kg and easily fuck everyone in the gym when it comes to bicep. This WILL work for everyone. Sometimes it's the extrawork you do that hinders growth =)

  • @Irgendeinidiot You basically said that your heart is not important. Yeah cardio is important, if your bulking then all you need to do is 2 times a week. Shoulders + Legs does not = fail. Yes, some people need the direct stimulation to their bicep in order to see better results.
