It's summer in Japan and 7-11 convenience stores are carrying a lot of Korean-themed food. I tried a kimchi chain onigiri. that is a kimchi fried-rice rice ball 김치 오니기리. I thought it was pretty good. 7-11 are using the K-Pop group Girls Generation.

@daewooparts I like onigiri too, but it's not American food. That's why OUR 7-11s don't sell it. Onigiri are Japanese snack/street food.

After your recommendation I tried it when I was on a trip to Kyushu the other day, but it wasn't nearly as tasty as you said - for me it's just some greasy rice with a bit of spicyness but no real taste :( Hope your next discovery will be more tasty :P

Girls Generation is having a new japanese songs out, so that could be why they used that Theme. Same for TVXQ (Big K-pop fan) xD
