If you own a grill, sooner or later you're going to put some chicken on it...it's inevitable. And odds are good you won't be happy with the results, unless of course you watch this show.

  • Oh, and Khadgar, I actually have everything from Tacos onward posted, but if you want to upload them HQ and in one part, please feel free.

  • @khesed No worries. I just feel like I should finish what I started :P I don't like leaving things unfinished (and keeping things unknown) like I did for so long. People should definitely check out your videos.

  • @Khadgar34 If anything, i want ANYONE willing to do it to upload HQ versions of the last 5 episodes. The quality sucks due to my inability to get torrents at the time.

  • @khesed Well, I believe you'll be happy then. Just finished naming/setting descriptions for my Season 14 vids. All are up now :)

  • "Henry the VIII style dining," I love that

  • thanks for posting all of my favorites episodes of Good Eats Alton Brown is the best!

  • Thank you so much. Now i kno what i fucked up on. Too bad summers over

  • It gels because the connective tissue cook out of the bones and is transfer to cooking liquid. As it chills in liquid it causes it to solidify

  • I didn't care for the brine model. A brine doesn't denatue protein. This is about salt helping bind more h2o to meat

  • @cookwithsarah I'm not sure if you're serious or not but it's basically from the hides and bones of animals. For example, you can boil bones for a chicken stock and it can gelatinize in the refrigerator.

  • 3:46 So where does gelatin come from?

  • @Khadgar34 lol and i'll field my subscribers your way.

Now, how should we divvy up the specials? Is LikeTheHat around anymore? Or should we leave it to Mikemenn for the last one? If we DO decide to split upload responsibility, i call the Q special. (Texan)
