Also, the whore image of Black women is WAY WORSE than that of other races. Whites have Playboy, Hustler, and famous porn "stars" who are idolized, YET NO ONE CALLS THEM WHORES. They're just showing their God-given beauty. The BW is just a whore in the world's eyes. We're "hot and ready" and always wanting sex, without ANY discretion or concern. Hard-hearted and street like. But we're NOT considered showing our beauty when we do it. Just another nasty ho trying to get money.

Black women are costly. $200 for a hair due thats gonna last a week. Trying to out do the next %@!*$. They got to have the guy with the bently and if not they always compare u 2 that guy. Never mind the fact that u r in school. You're not earning enough to get her hair done every week. So if u r not bringing that money in, even if they stay they feel as if they can disrespect u. That is why whengood black men make it, they leave for a white woman.

When applying for a job in america a black man is the least likely to get a job. Statistics show that a white man on parole is more likely to get a job than a black man with a degree for the same job applied for. The reason the men go white is because the black women do not support their men like white women. A black women will not stay with a man who decides to go back to school or is struggling to grow a business they want immediate gratification.

As a black man married to a black women, I do agree with u on some of the facts, but the blame is not totally on the black man. I do not agree with the degredation of black women or any other woman or man. However, the problem, I see, is that black women have been trained to disrespect black men. Black women has made better progress academically and financially.

@William72087 Very true on all points. And it's not just music and vids that put BW, in particular, in a degrading light; there is a history of it. Even now, I am approached by WM, who tell me that they were raised believing that they SHOULD HAVE a BW at least once in their lives because we are supposed to be wild and seductive. You got your sex tourism in the islands and Africa because it's believed that BW and BM are sexually insatiable and just downright whorish. It's like a culture of it.

@LovelyLockes I agree with a lot of what you are saying and I find it is completely wrong and degrading myself. I just feel that the imagery is a negative portrayel for all women not just black women, but I would agree that there is majority of that imagery being portrayed with black women as far as rap videos.I mean even for female emcee's it went from positive music with the likes of Queen Latifah's Ladies First to Lil Kim with How Many Licks..

@William72087 Umm, I do NOT nor have I ever thought of myself as a whore, slut, what have. True, I cannot speak for EVERY PERSON that has ever existed or will exist, however, based upon my experiences and insight and those of many others, I do make a valid point. It is a fact. Compared to WW, BW do have a worldwide image of being a rabid whore because it is her nature. Women, in general, have been called whores but there is an unforgiving voracity applied to BW in particular.
