Test flight of my Parkfun Fusion after a nasty crash with an upgraded motor/ESC/battery combo.

The crash occurred primarily because I didn't perform a thorough transmitter range check when the plane was in the stock configuration. I therefore didn't appreciate the fact that I had been operating the plane on the fringes of its range even with the stock setup.

With the upgraded motor, the plane was more prone to getting out of range coupled with the fact that it was travelling faster and was quite a bit heavier. The result was an inevitable crash...

Luckily, due to the EPP foam construction, I was able to glue the plane back together with Epoxy and only needed to buy a new motor mount!
