One of Britain's most popular entertainers John Barrowman returns to Birmingham Hippodrome for this year's panto Robin Hood - although at the launch he was in danger of being upstaged by a giant robot which somehow got in on the act.
Barrowman -- best known for his role as Captain Jack in Torchwood - helped last year's production Aladdin break box-office records, and all the signs are that Robin Hood will do even better.

Saw Aladdin and Robin Hood and have my tickets for Sleeping Beauty (Front row circle :P) Bring on Ray Quinn and Joe Pasquale! Shame Johns not coming back again but either way, the Hippodrome always puts on a great show ♥
