i think when he is standing face on his wrist bands are on the wrong hands.....right?

Tweens are frames that are automatically generated between Keyframes to smoothen out the movement/ transitions. That way you create less frames and get more movement.
I use after effects and flash so i cant give instructions for Anime Studio but plz google or youtube tweens to find out. -->trust me, it makes animating soooo much faster!!!
