A film about the homeless who live in the storm drains under the neon of Las Vegas. Beneath Caesars palace, under all the glitter, live about 300 people in those tunnels which stretch for over 300 miles. They drag beds and wardrobes down there and form communities. Outreach workers describe them as 'the successful homeless'. They earn a living in the casinos collecting the money left on the machines by gamblers, sometimes making $100 per night. They are articulate about their lives and confound expectations. But when the rains come, they have to flee or get washed away
