@3rdpug Just because you're old doesn't mean you have to give up something that's such a big part of your life ... for Paul, it's music . He can keep making music because he's Sir Paul McCartney and he can do whatever the FUCK he wants!!

@firemandago I don't think people listen to McCartney/Beatles for their virtuoso playing. What is amazing to many is when musicians can play that many instruments that well - it's a neat trick. What I think here is neat is hearing the breakdowns of the tracks. There are one or two nice bits, a guitar line here, a piano part there - just a pretty little melody, melody and harmony being his strong suit.

I really wish we had this kind of video quality around when The Beatles were recording in the studio... can you imagine? It's really a treat to see Paul in the studio, working on a song. I don't think I've ever seen a more talented musician. The little guitar bit blew me away... sometimes you forget just how talented a guitar player Macca is when he's usually hiding behind a bass. And as always, the vocals we hear in the beginning are sinfully good... bravo, Paul!
