Hi Dick,
Well, I've gone from D (thinner chords) up to high G for this recording. On the other instruments, I've generally recorded tunes in a lower pitch, or key.
Despite the Wheatstone being 90+ years old, the reeds are still in good condition.
Regards,
Peter.

Is it my imagination Peter, or do the Reeds in this Concertina sound just a little bit thinner than those on your Dipper & Jeffries?
Cheers
