  • This technique, along with most Judo techniques, can be performed with or without a gi. Many of them are obviously altered a little bit for no gi fighting, but if you understand the basic concepts and the technique is engrained in your muscle memory, it takes very little practice to adapt them for an opponent not wearing a gi.

  • in a street fight you can just grab an arm

  • how do u do an armbar

  • keep pressing 5

  • good break fall

  • this sweep is o uchi hari

  • yes, though a bit different, it's all relative.

  • no xD

  • then just use hip trows, if you use o goshi then you dont really need to grab on to something, this is just an example, but then you dont need to grab and (if you do it correct xD) he will fall damn hard on solid ground.

  • i've noticed that i've seen a lot of judo throws that are very similar to roman- greco wrestling throws. all you have to do is adapt them a bit.
