no need. do you know how many beds you can put on the church. they can make it like a public house or mini castle. people can go to their job and then return to the church to sleep and do what ever they have too. like sharing a house with your friends in collage. but with more people and more mature. their job can be simple ones that don't require an education. little money but with a lot of people it's enough. that's only to the poor who can actually work but no house. think of that.
