He doesn't believe what he said is the problem. Sure Joe Blow in Kentucky can work to get someone elected, but if said candidate isn't "proud to be a democrat", the Kos kids will work to defeat them in the next election. Don't be fooled by this fool.

He's better on the blog than he is on TV. I just don't see him as persuasive and telegenic. He needs a navy suit.

Markos is absolutely right. This country is centrist not conservative. It is full of people on the fence waiting for those who will stand up and be passionate. The only people doing that for the past 25 years have been republicans and they have had great success even though their actual policies are often crazy. Democrats have spent too much time believing what republicans say and putting their finger in the wind before they make their own statements.
