Eloy was very popular in Iran in the 70s and 80s. It is mind boggling that few people have heard of them here in the US. They were one of the all time best but please, Pink Floyd is in a league of their own.

Frank Bornemann is a rock musical genius; Klaus-Peter Matziol, Michael Gerlach and Bodo Schopf are magnificent !

i 'm an italian man of 54 yrs.
I always loved progressive rock, psychedelic ,symphonyc and space rock. From 1967 until today my favorite progressive rock bands have always been:: Eloy, Pink Floyd, Jane (one of best german progressive rock band), King Crimson, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Yes, Jethro Tull, Procol Harum , Vanilla Fudge, Genesis, Van Der Graaf Generator, Atomic Rooster, Gong, Starcastle Goblin, P.F.M, etc.
ELOY IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PROGRESSIVE ROCK BAND EVER !
