Our family just buried our youngest brother, David. He died of a heart attack. He was only 40. Mom put this song on a DVD, along with pictures of David, and the rest of us, for the Memorial Service. I used to sing and play this song on my guitar to David, and his next elder brother, Patrick, when they were little. I SO revere Joni--and Rolling Stone magazine's top 100 guitarists of all time does, too. Thanks for all the music, Joni!.

im 15, and already I wish the circles would slow down. the next two years are going to go by so fast and then ill be off to college, I won't see friends anymore, I won't see my mother or my dad everyday. Ill meet new friends and maybe start my own family, but if your really thinking about it, those circles go around way to fast

I guess to have this thread go full "circle," we should note that "Stupid Girl" was written by Neil for Joni as well as "Sweet Joni of Saskatoon." And who could forget Joni's off-stage back-up vocal for Neil on his performance of "Helpless" with The Band at The Last Waltz!
