Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution reads, "The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States." Yet, on July 13, 2007 NBC journalist Natalie Morales chided President George W. Bush as "aggressive" and could lose support for asserting his constitutional role as Commander-in-Chief. Apparently Ms. Morales has something against the Constitution of the United States!
