City of Mesa Council Meeting - Discussion on LUPA lawsuit.WMV

If you are at all interested in Zink v. Mesa this is a must see. This is the video of my going to the City Council and asking them to stop what was happening. Their response was to put it in writing. Then they claimed that I harassed them by writing too many letters. We filed our first suit (LUPA action) on April 3, 2003. On April 10, 2003 (see video of April 11, 2003) the City of Mesa refused to allow me any access to the records period. On April 25, 2003 the City again cut off all access to public records and called the Sheriff's office to have me removed from City Hall (see video of April 25, 2003). We filed our second law suit on April 30, 2003 (PRA). On May 8, 2003 the Mesa City Council had me arrested for video taping the open City Council meeting and we filed our third lawsuit against the City of Mesa.
