Letting a dog off the leash in an on leash park is against the law. Its also even stupider to let him off the leash around RC vehicles, especially a 15kg 2 stroke powered hpi baja that is 2/3 his size. Dogs chase things, its their instinct, be it a tennis ball, a stick, or a radio controlled buggy. The owner of the model did NOT run down the dog. The dog ran to the car and got collected. If a vet bill WAS involved it would have been the pet owners responsibility for carelessness on their part.

Cruelty was the doctor letting you live, you obviously are one load that your mum should've swallowed. Nobody purposely ran over the dog, it chased the baja and got skittled, it obviously wasn't smart enough... bet it doesn't chase cars again.
