  • i swear you making me buy one of these and try to tame it lol. its not easy to tame can you please tell me how did you tame your canary was it young and you traned it ? or old tell me plz.

  • @DJxBeaST lolll, he was about 8 month old when I got him, I started training him by feeding him outside of his cage when I was around. As soon as he learned to fly in and out of the cage confidenlty, I was able to feed him in my hands... it got to a point that he comes and sing in my hand anytime I call him... obs: A big cage makes it alot easier to tame, do not grab him with your hands ( a bird will think that you want to eat him every time you do it ) be patient and good luck!

  • @Erickdecastro85 oww love your beautiful canary :) mine just pass away because I carelessly let him wandering around at night inside my house and the rat caught him :'( . When you started training him by feeding him, does the canary eating right from your hand? yeah and you are right about not grabbing the bird, I used to grab him and when every time I just want to be near him, he spooked away from me.

  • @cikahill yes, it took me about 2 days to train him to eat in my hands, all the time that I wanted him to feed from my hands I made this unique sound so he could understand that I was calling him, so anytime I do this same sound, he knows I'm calling him. in some of my videos you can hear the sound that I make to call him...

  • THE MALE is more of a dark yellow and they will sing. The females are a light yellow. Don't put a two males together in the same cage and don't have a male and a female together in the same cage all year long. You van find many informative pages on the internet about canaries. I got one 2 days ago. Mine is a male. :)

  • guys i buy pair today and this is my first time can anybody tell me how can we know abt male and female

  • Love how you attached the cage to the wall! cool idea!

  • Just wondering, as I trim my canary's nails when it's necessary, does that keep the bird from being willing to fly to my hand? How did you gain your bird's trust re this while still maintaining the bird's health needs which sometimes require handling? thanks in advance

  • this is amazing i have canaries 17 my mom is going 2 kill me keep the gd job man

  • Love your adorable canaries. Your cage is really cool too. What kind is it? Do you know if it's still available?

  • @Erickdecastro85 Thx for the information mate! Just got two orange canarys, they were born in 2011 so it shouldn't be a problem. When Do I know when they are ready to make a baby?

    Thx

  • You said you taught him to recognize a specific noise. Did you make said noise only when he was eating our of your hand?

  • Is it okay for me to touch it?it seems okay to me when I do so,but it always starts flying around the cage...

  • Wow! I love this video. Thank you for sharing. Now I have to tame my canaries.
